Yesterday, I was trying to look for the modules of Paul Evans who has the "PEVANS" CPAN handle. search.cpan.org could not find him, but he's there.
Furthermore, today melo tried to search for "cvn". Indeed, it returns no results, but the module "cvn" exists.
Some queries are fine, however. So something is strange there. Can the powers that be, please investigate it?
